一、不同氮素对尖孢镰刀菌三七根腐病的影响
报告人:唐彬彬硕士研究生
唐彬彬硕士详细介绍了氨处理、尿素处理、硝处理对三七根腐病发病率、含水率、菌丝直径的影响,阐述了氮元素浓度对孢子,土壤中病毒与植物之间互相作用机理的探究。讨论中,建议探讨皂苷浓度对根腐病的影响,指出了报告在逻辑性与论文题目相关性上的不足,建议增加结果与相关文献的对比分析,并得出结论。

二、美丽乡村的发展模式探究—以大永西村为例
报告人:樊丽霞硕士研究生
樊丽霞硕士简要介绍了美丽乡村的发展历史、意义、政策及背景、国内外研究情况及大永西村概况,通过SWOT分析指出了大永西村优势、劣势、机遇、挑战,依据相关原则,构建了改变小农经济、带动经济增长、改善人居环境的目标的“养殖武定壮鸡”模式。讨论中,认为樊丽霞硕士论文基本成型,但养鸡模式存在不足,建议特色产业做大做强,平衡产业结构。

三、两相EGSB反应器处理木薯酒精废水产氢产甲烷的研究
报告人:郑展耀硕士研究生
郑展耀硕士介绍了木薯酒精废水的特点,对比了UASB、EGSB、IC反应器的特点,结合自身的实验结果,对比其他相关文献,分析了产氢相、产甲烷相的情况。讨论中,指出反应器有机负荷率与产气率匹配不足,建议进一步分析COD去除率过低,甲烷曲线波动、酸化的原因。

四、利用IC反应器处理青菜汁及产甲烷的工艺研究
报告人:贺密密硕士研究生
贺密密硕士介绍了当前蔬菜废弃物处理存在的问题,选择厌氧消化工艺处理蔬菜废弃物。分析了在35℃、25℃条件下青菜、白菜厌氧消化过程中VFAs、氨氮、pH值、产甲烷率的情况,采用倍增污泥法处理蔬菜汁液可克服酸化现象。讨论中,指出该实验甲烷含量过少的缺陷,建议对汁、渣、汁渣混合物厌氧消化效率进行对比分析与讨论。

五、根基微生物装配与植物健康
报告人:吴凯博士/讲师
吴凯博士根据微生物的确定性、动力学,介绍了特异性功能微生物多样性是决定群落装配过程的关系。

六、四种花卉秸秆厌氧消化产气特性的研究
报告人:周双双硕士研究生
周双双硕士报告了四种花卉秸秆在温度、浓度、混合秸秆对厌氧消化产甲烷效率的影响。讨论中,建议增加木质纤维素含量对产气效果的相关性。

七、曲靖市沼肥种植蔬菜技术可行性及推广策略研究
报告人:宋莉硕士研究生
宋莉硕士介绍了曲靖市蔬菜种植概况,从沼肥特性、贮量、政策、社会效益等方面分析了曲靖市沼肥种植蔬菜技术的可行性,得出推广沼肥种植可行且必要的结论;制定了沼肥种植蔬菜的技术推广方案。讨论中,针对曲靖市当前的沼气工程项目是否满足沼肥种植需要的问题,优化合理设置示范点,建议进一步修改技术推广方案。

八、IC和UASB反应器处理蔬菜汁液的比较研究
报告人:博林博士研究生(老挝留学生)
博林博士报告了博士论文的写作提纲,重点介绍了蔬菜废弃物潜力特性实验,IC、UASB处理蔬菜汁液的效果等研究内容。讨论中,重点对论文提纲和论文结构提出了建议。

九、脂肪酸甲酯的催化制备研究
报告人:赵振兴硕士研究生
赵振兴硕士报告了不同温度、醇酸比、反应时间、离子液体用量条件下油酸甲酯和硬脂酸甲酯制备的工艺条件及离子液体重复利用的效果。讨论中,建议优化工艺参数,并建议结合文献进行讨论。

十、中国农村能源革命的生态文明建设
报告人:尹芳教授
尹芳教授介绍了中国能源革命与能源治理的国家要求、政策、管理,指出农村能源革命在生态文明建设中的核心地位,农村能源存在的问题、现状及构建农村现代能源体系的必要性。通过对比国外先进案例,结合中国的情况,提出了中国能源革命发展的模式及关键点。最后介绍了2019年中国生态学会微生物生态专委会会议情况,并对国家自然科学基金申报提出了建议。

十一、生物质能治理农业面源污染的作用与思考
报告人:张无敌研究员
张无敌研究员对农业发展概况、农村能源革命、农村面源污染与治理及可能开展的研究与开发课题进行了报告。

Report1: Effects of different nitrogen on root rot of fusarium cusarium notoginseng
Speaker: Postgraduate student Tang Binbin 
Master Tang Binbin introduced in detail the effects of ammonia treatment, urea treatment and nitrate treatment on the incidence of root rot of panax notoginseng, water content and mycelium diameter, and elaborated the study on the interaction mechanism of nitrogen concentration on spores, soil viruses and plants.During the discussion, it is suggested to explore the influence of saponin concentration on root rot, point out the deficiency of logicality in the report and the correlation between the title of the paper, and propose to increase the comparative analysis between the results and relevant literatures, and draw a conclusion.


Report 2:Exploration on the development model of beautiful villages -- taking dayongxi village as an example
Speaker: Postgraduate student Fan Lixia 
FanLiXia master's beautiful country is briefly introduced the development history, meaning and policy and background, research situation at home and abroad, and a large west village survey, through the SWOT analysis points out the great west village forever strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, according to the relevant principles, constructs the change of small-scale peasant economy, promoting economic growth, improving the living environment of the target model of "breeding Wu Dingzhuang chicken".During the discussion, it was concluded that fan lixia's master's thesis was basically formed, but the chicken raising model was insufficient. It was suggested that the characteristic industry should be bigger and stronger, and the industrial structure should be balanced.


Report 3:Study on hydrogen and methane production from cassava ethanol wastewater in three - and two-phase EGSB reactor
Speaker: Postgraduate student Zheng Zhanyao 
Master zheng zhanyao introduced the characteristics of cassava alcohol wastewater, compared the characteristics of UASB, EGSB and IC reactors, combined with his own experimental results, compared with other relevant literatures, and analyzed the situation of hydrogen and methane producing phases.During the discussion, it was pointed out that the organic load rate of the reactor did not match the gas production rate enough, and it was suggested to further analyze the reasons for the low COD removal rate, the fluctuation of methane curve and acidification.

Report 4:Study on the process of treating vegetable juice and producing methane with IC reactor
Speaker: Postgraduate student He Mi mi 
He Mimi introduced the current problems of vegetable waste disposal and chose the anaerobic digestion process to treat vegetable waste.VFAs, ammonia nitrogen, pH value and methane-producing rate in anaerobic digestion of cabbage and cabbage at 35℃ and 25℃ were analyzed.During the discussion, it was pointed out that the content of methane in the experiment was too low.

Report 6:Study on anaerobic digestion and gas production characteristics of straw of flowers
Speaker: Postgraduate student Zhou Shuangshuang 
Master Shuangshuang Zhou reported the effects of temperature, concentration and mixed straw of four flower straws on the efficiency of anaerobic digestion and methane production.During the discussion, it is suggested that the correlation between increasing lignocellulose content and gas production effect.


Report 7:Study on the technical feasibility and promotion strategy of vegetable cultivation with marsh fertilizer in qujing city
Speaker: Postgraduate Student Song Li 
Master Song li introduced the general situation of vegetable planting in qujing city, and analyzed the feasibility of vegetable planting technology in qujing city from the aspects of characteristics, storage, policies, social benefits, etc.A technical extension program for growing vegetables with marsh fertilizer was formulated.In the discussion, aiming at the problem of whether the current biogas project in qujing meets the needs of biogas fertilizer cultivation, it is suggested to optimize the reasonable setting of demonstration points and further modify the technical promotion scheme.


Report 8:IC and UASB reactor treatment of vegetable juice comparative study

Bolin reported the outline of his doctoral thesis, which mainly introduced the potential characteristics of vegetable waste experiment, IC, UASB treatment of vegetable juice and other research contents.During the discussion, the thesis outline and structure are suggested.

Report 9:Study on catalytic preparation of fatty acid methyl ester
Speaker: Postgraduate student Zhao Zhenxing 
Master zhao zhenxing reported the preparation conditions of methyl oleate and methyl stearate at different temperatures, alkyd ratio, reaction time and amount of ionic liquid and the effect of reusing ionic liquid.During the discussion, it is suggested to optimize the process parameters and discuss with the literature.


Report 10:Construction of ecological civilization in China's rural energy revolution
Speaker: Professor Yin fang 
Professor Yin fang introduced the national requirements, policies and management of China's energy revolution and energy governance, and pointed out the core position of rural energy revolution in the construction of ecological civilization, the existing problems and current situation of rural energy and the necessity of constructing a modern rural energy system.By comparing advanced cases of foreign countries and combining the situation of China, this paper puts forward the development mode and key points of China's energy revolution.Finally, the meeting of the special committee on microbial ecology of China ecological society in 2019 was introduced, and some Suggestions on the application of the national natural science foundation of China were put forward.
