会议分为两个阶段:
第一阶段主持人:刘红艳
一、两相厌氧膨胀颗粒污泥床反应器处理木薯酒精废水产氢产甲烷的研究
报告人:郑展耀硕士研究生
报告主要从研究背景、技术路线、生物酸化对木薯酒精废水发酵联产氢产甲烷的影响以及EGSB反应器处理木薯酒精废水厌氧发酵产氢产甲烷的实验研究进行汇报。随后大家进行了详细的讨论,并提出:要明确论文的定位,规范关于预处理的生物酸化;基本概念、产氢过程以及产氢效率没理解清楚,思路不明确,背景与实验没有关联,需要明确要解决的问题。


二、天冬氨酸离子液体的合成及其催化制备生物柴油
报告人:赵振兴硕士研究生
报告从氨基酸特性比较、离子液体类型、氨基酸离子液体分类、天冬氨酸离子液体合成、催化制备生物柴油、结论及下步工作安排做了详细介绍。讨论中指出:数据量少,选择一个性质较好的氨基酸;要规范实验方法,确定样品中的含量;并建议对合成的天冬氨酸离子液体可以与其他学者做的进行比较、结合实验室情况考虑具体如何去做。


第二阶段主持人:樊丽霞
三、四种花卉秸秆厌氧消化产气特性研究
报告人:周双双硕士研究生
报告主要对论文的研究背景、温度对花卉秸秆厌氧消化产气特性的影响以及之后实验的计划和存在问题做出详细概述。随后大家进行了详细的讨论,提出:是否做了新鲜的花卉秸秆与干的秸秆进行对比;背景部分范围比较广,与论文相关不大,建议提高接种物浓度,得到较好的发酵浓度,且可做秸秆混合实验,解决混合秸秆的问题。



四、利用猪粪沼液培养微藻初探
报告人:黄力博士研究生
报告主要内容是通过对目前猪粪沼液培养微藻面临的问题和应对措施做了详细说明,并提出实验思路,得出结果,进行总结和讨论。随后大家就其报告进行相关讨论,提出:可筛选沼液-微藻共培养过程中的优势菌株,分离并鉴定;后续可研究这些细菌和藻之间的相关关系,也可以通过藻-菌之间相关信号分子进行入手;通过前期实验,提炼一些信息;忽略了基本参数,主线要明确,考虑周全,明确下一步方向,具体安排实验,落实后期实验方案。


最后,张无敌研究员对中国沼气年会和国际生物过程学会第四届学术会议相关事宜进行安排。

Report 1 Study on Hydrogen Production and Methane Production from Cassava Alcohol Wastewater by Two-Phase Anaerobic Expanded Granular Sludge Bed Reactor.
Speaker: Master Zheng Zhanyao.
The report mainly reports on the research background, technical route, the effect of bio-acidification on the co-production of hydrogen production from cassava alcohol wastewater, and the anaerobic fermentation of cassava alcohol wastewater to produce hydrogen and methanogenesis.Then everyone discussed in detail, And put forward: to clarify the positioning of the paper, regulate the bio-acidification of pretreatment; the basic concept, hydrogen production process and hydrogen production efficiency are not clearly understood, the idea is not clear, the background is not related to the experiment, and the problem to be solved needs to be clearly defined.
Report 2 Synthesis of aspartic acid ionic liquid and its catalytic preparation of biodiesel.
Speaker: Master Zhao Zhenxing.
The report details the amino acid characteristics comparison, ionic liquid type, amino acid ionic liquid classification, aspartic acid ionic liquid synthesis, catalytic preparation of biodiesel, conclusions and the next working arrangement. Pointed out in the discussion: the amount of data is small and choose a better amino acid; It is necessary to standardize the experimental method to determine the content in the sample; and it is recommended to compare the synthetic aspartic acid ionic liquid with other scholars and consider how to do it in combination with the laboratory conditions.

Report 3Study on Gas Production Characteristics of Four Flower Straws by Anaerobic Digestion.
Speaker: Master Zhou Shuangshuang
The report mainly gives a detailed overview of the research background of the paper, the influence of temperature on the anaerobic digestion and gas production characteristics of flower straw, and the plan and existing problems of the experiment. After that, we had a detailed discussion, It is proposed whether the fresh flower straw is compared with the dried straw; the background part is relatively wide, and it has little relevance to the paper. It is recommended to increase the inoculum concentration, obtain better fermentation concentration, and can do straw mixing experiment to solve the mixture.
Report 4Preliminary study on algae cultivation in anaerobically-digested pig slurry
Speaker:Dr. Huang Li
The main content of the report is to explain in detail the problems and countermeasures of microalgae cultivation in pig manure biogas slurry, and put forward experimental ideas, and draw results and summarize and discuss. Then everyone discussed about its report, It is proposed that the dominant strains in the biogas-microalgae co-culture process can be screened, isolated and identified; the correlation between these bacteria and algae can be studied in the future, and the related signal molecules between algae and bacteria can also be used; Experiment, refine some information; ignore the basic parameters, the main line should be clear, consider carefully, clear the next direction, arrange the experiment, and implement the later experimental plan.
Finally, the researcher Zhang Wudi arranged for the China Biogas Annual Meeting and the Fourth Academic Conference of the International Bioprocess Society.
